This is a full day ski or snowshoe event with lunch in the great outdoors as there is no chalet. We will have a number of ski groups, and at least one Off Trail Snowshoe Group. You select which activity when you register. There are no "Walk-On" sign-ups.
We are very sorry to have to cancel this bus!. The weather forecast actually looks amazing going forward. Sadly, a significant but a very short warming was timed poorly for this bus. We look to next week with very high expectations and with that kind of forecast its unlikely we won't be well positioned to ski for many weeks to come!
You will get dropped off the bus by about 9:30 a.m. and bus picks everyone up by 4:00 in January; 4:30 February and March. (Unfortunately, software limitations require us to post 1:00 p.m. as our cancellation time is 1:00 p.m.) Read the links at the bottom on what you need to know about your day, bus pick-ups, locations, etc.
Register: Online payment or pre-payment is required at time of Registration. If you are awaiting membership activation for discounted bus rates, sign up as a Non-Member by Thursday midnight, and we will sort this out after the event and refund the difference.
Non-Members: Registration for Non-Member/Guests close Thursday midnight ($15 guest fee + bus fare).
Late Registration (Members Only): A $10 late fee surcharge is added onto your registration fee at time of booking if you book after the Friday 1:00 p.m. cut off.
Cancellations: Online by Friday 1 p.m. before the event to receive a credit. If the Club is unable to run a bus for any reason, monies will be credited to your account with refunds settled before our AGM (April).
