This would be a good opportunity for those who want to try winter camping in a low risk setting.  By being in a campground, the risks of being ill-prepared or inexperienced are minimized.  "If you hate it, you can always pack up and leave, or rent a hotel room nearby and come back for the day activities with the group, or hang out in the comfort station to warm up."

We would go snowshoeing and other things in the park during the day.  We can also walk around the park and check out other peoples' hot tent setups.  Apparently, it's a big party in the park in the winter.  ;-)  The visitors' centre is open in the winter; their displays are worth checking out.  The possible activities in the park are many and varied.  It's gorgeous in the winter!  The wildlife is out and easier to see than in the warmer weather.  One can even rent fat bikes and try cycling on the trails, how cool is that!  You can opt to join the group or do your own thing during the day.

I have booked site #7.  Additional participants will need to book a second or third site depending on how many people sign up.  Each site can accommodate 3 tents, so the cost of the booking can be shared.
